This vacation was a blast!! The apartment is beautiful with amazing views. David was very responsive and super helpful. He helped us arrange a Spa day at the apartment, it was so relaxing and wonderful. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location, great host and beautiful home!! Came with 8 people, the condo is very big and nicer than in the pictures. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

My friends and I loved this place! It is right across from the beach, near a lot of great restaurants and bars. The condo was super clean and nice, we all had our beds which was great. David was very helpful, with organizing the clubs and pick ups for us. We had a really fun time and I would recommend this place 100%!

The place was great. There was a lot of space, clean, and amazing view. The area is quiet and the neighbors are nice, but the neighbor downstairs, just communicate with him about playing music loud after a certain time to make sure it’s okay with him. Your 5-10 min up the street from the beach and strip where all the clubs are. Overall experience was awesome and the host was helpful and made sure your stay was comfortable.

We enjoyed the place it was beautiful just like the pictures, the hosts were very attentive. Our only problem was their neighbor he gave us a tough time hopefully they taken care of that.

A group of six of us stayed at David’s property. It has sweeping views of the bay and plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom was air-conditioned and there were plenty of kitchen utensils to cook our own meals. The location is also within walk distance to the main attractions of the hotel zone. The downstairs neighbor complained that there was a noise issue one evening when we were only sitting and watching TV, but was very responsive when we politely invited him in to show him we were not making any noise.

The apt. is in a good location, easy access to bus line and beach across the street. We enjoyed the back porch that faces the lagoon. However, the showers and toilets did not work well (no hot water) and we had to call the host to get plumber to come twice during our stay. AC didn’t work in master bedroom. This would not be a good place for small children due to the open, front staircase and exposed wires in several outlets The lock on the entry gate is broken from the inside.

David was amazing throughout my whole trip, he was very responsive and helpful before and during the entire trip. He took care of everything starting from arranging transportation, restaurant recommendations, he even got us the best table at a new beach club with an amazing vibe, we all loved it! The house was very modern and spacious, every room was spotless. . The beach was 1 minute walking distance from the house which made the whole trip even better, but luckily we also had the pool with a beautiful view which was always super clean and quite. Overall it was a phenomenal experience. My friends and I would highly recommend booking an airbnb with David!

David’s place is quite old but has cool and unique features. The location is great with a lagoon view and the beach is across the street, as well as a convenience store and restaurants are down on the beach and main road. Communication was good throughout our stay, however when we voiced our concerns, he avoided texting back. The pool was slimy and gross and not at all swimmable. We told him it was dirty and he sent someone to clean it but they did a crappy job and it was days from being swim ready anyway at that point. So we lost all use of the pool during our 4 day stay. In the main bathroom shower, it hardly drained. It was slimy, and had hair in it. Toilet plugged frequently, must have a plumbing issue. There was a sewer like smell from day one as well. The second bathroom was basically unusable. There was such a strong moldy mildew smell that was even absorbed into the towels in there You couldn’t stay in there long at all. The bedsheets had stains and did not small clean at all. There was a huge garbage bag full of towels and linens in the kitchen all shoved in and unfolded. Unsure if they were clean or dirty. We were very uncertain if the apartment had even been cleaned since the last guests and prior to our stay. We felt that we did not even receive close to the value that we paid for this place and would not recommend this place until updates have been completed and making sure cleanliness is a priority.

Great Location.From the time you enter the neighborhood everything is beautiful. A group of 8 of my friends and i stayed in the house for 3 days and there was plenty of space for everyone. Great location in the hotel district where everything is! We didn’t want to leave. Thank you again David and.Amir!

I stayed in this house for a weekend with 4 friends. The house is very well located, Walking distance from the Tortugas beach. The checkin process was very easy. David and his associates were always online. The beds are comfortable and the sheets were clean. Also the view to the lake is stunning. Although these good things, there are a few observations about the house: there was a leak close to the master suite and the floor was always wet. The kitchen is not new. One of the air conditioners wasn’t working (the one in the main suite) and we needed to get help (seems like the problem was with the remote control) and we couldn’t get hot water in the showers. The shower in the suite with three beds is not good. Our experience was ok, but we wouldn’t stay in this house for more than a weekend.

Thank you Bruno for your review. I am sorry you had difficulties with the remote for the air conditioning however I put new air conditioning systems in every room. Also, I apologize about the hot water. We have now installed a larger hot water tank so that more people can comfortably shower.
