Overview
The three story townhouse has three bedrooms with three private bathroom. Air conditioning in every room and a beautiful and spacious living room with a large TV, fully equipped kitchen and a 10 person dining table. There is extra outdoor seating on the balcony and a spacious backyard right on the water with access to a pool. There is high speed internet all over the house. The home is ideal for large groups and families.
The Space
The townhouse is very spacious and cozy, perfect for families coming on vacation or even if it’s just some friends. Enjoy waking up every morning with a breathtaking view of the water. The home is newly furnished and decorated giving our guests the total satisfaction they need.

Guest have access to a pool with a beautiful view of Cancun and the water. They also have access to all the rooms in the home and Our spacious backyard is perfect for spending the day in the sun or by the pool or even just to watch the beautiful Mexican Caribbean sunset with your family or friends.

I was very impressed with the services David provided for my stay. I was so happy not to have to deal with anything and everything was ready for my arrival. The house was spotless and very organized and everyone was very kind. After such a long trip it was very nice to come back to a clean, stocked, and ready home. Visited Cancun for a bachelorette party with 12 other people and this location worked out so well for us! It was awesome to have a living room area big enough for us to all sit and hang out in, the view was amazing from the balcony as well and we were close enough to walk to restaurants and catch buses to the more central area of the hotel zone. It’s also a short bus ride to Playa Tortugas and there was plenty of space in the Airbnb for us all! Also pretty close to a big grocery store so you’re able to stock up on snacks, booze and other things for the weekend. David as a host was extremely helpful, he helped plan with us leading up to the trip and also assisted with plans during our trip. Anything we needed during the trip was quickly brought to us, including a glue gun that the bride desperately needed and we much appreciated his quick help! Thank you to David and his team for helping us have the best weekend there! Can’t wait to return.

A group of friends and I stayed at David’s for a bachelorette weekend trip and it was great! The house is spacious and definitely accommodated a group of nine comfortably. Leading up to the trip, David had excellent communication with us and it was known immediately that he could be relied on to get detailed information very quickly. He had so many recommendations when it came to food, club experiences, transportation and excursions. The chance to setup a call to get started in planning was really helpful. After finalizing some recommendations, David was able to assist in the coordination of what we selected and everything was seamless! The location and house also felt super safe and we had no issues in that sense, so that was a major plus. If you’re looking for a great place to stay that is close to a bunch of activities and hot spots in the area, with a host that actually knows the area in detail and is willing to help with planning and ideas, this is a perfect option! Great Cancun experience – the bride to be and group of us had a blast!

Conveniently located in the Hotel Zone within walking distance (20 min.) or bus ride (5 min) to the main area of clubs and super market. The house a little wear and tear, water pressure wasn’t great, but overall comfortable and good value.

Stayed here with a group of 4 for spring break. The house overall is nice but needs improvement. The kitchen has a lot of ants, DO NOT leave anything on the counters. Bathrooms weren’t really to thoroughly cleaned. The photos are similar to the house, yet the house is more so wear and tear. It looks like the pictures were taken when the house was first used. The stairs have a lot of dirt on them and they need to be painted. Other than that, the rooms look like the photos. The house is down the road from the bus stop and the bus runs frequently. Only $1 and you can go anywhere. The supermarket and good food is a 5-minute ride away. The bus also goes to all the night clubs in the hotel zone like Coco Bongo and Mandala. David’s driver picked us up from the airport for $70 in an SUV, yet when we asked about leaving, he said he could get us a taxi for $40! We took a taxi on our own(there are a lot by the supermarket) for $20. The TV is very big and loud and the living room is spacious and beautiful. There is not really any kitchen basic needs except a big and small skillet, and plates/knives/etc. No big pots or small pots or cooking utensils besides a spatula. In the upstairs room, the air does not work good so it’s very hot. I would recommend staying here, but just be conscious it’s not exactly like the photos.

This place is literally the best house you could find if you’re a group and staying in Cancún. You can either walk around 7min to get to the party center and beaches or take the bus for around 70 cents and get there in 2min. The villa is amazing and has everything needed. David helped us a lot for everything; transportation, activities, parties, restaurants etc. Highly recommend and thank you again for everything!

Huge space, facing lagoon, u will have a 24/7 house assistant giving u tips and local suggestions, which is really nice. And the entire host are very quick responsive and friendly, only downside is the cleanliness of the place can be improved.

David was the perfect host, he helped us with everything we needed. We were 10 girls who stayed at the villa and we all absolutely loved it. David was more then helpful, he took care of all our transportations from the airport and from the clubs. He took care of all our reservations at the clubs and restaurants and they treated us everywhere like stars. He organized a beautiful day for us on the yacht, we went to a beautiful islands with the most beautiful blue water and had dinner on the island. This was the highlight of our trip! I highly recommend you book a boat day. The villa was absolutely beautiful, it is very clean and new. This home is in the perfect location, 2 minutes away from the beach, the restaurants, malls and all of the clubs. I highly recommend you book your next trip with David, I will 100% be back!

Both Amir and our butler Alex, were top notch. They were there from the start to finish. Very quick and timely responses. Worked with us in making plans for the entire weekend. Also we end up renting a Yacht and it was the best time we had there. We actually rented the smaller one of the two, but Amir was nice enough to give us the bigger one. Amir is one of the best AirBNB host I have come across. The best location to host a Bachelor party would be with Amir. Thanks for an awesome time.

This is a beautiful place and has been updated a good amount. In a great location and has beautiful waterfront/hotel views across the lagoon. I would’ve rated it better but there were far too many downfalls to do that. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, so that was not the issue at all. Maybe if they fixed the multiple things that we found in the 28 hours that we were there, I would stay there again or suggest it to someone else.

I booked this property for one day as a stop over location on our way back from Bacalar, Tulum and Playa Del Carmen. Unfortunately we didn’t end up staying in the property as after checking in we moved to an apartment on the beach. lts a long story and was nothing to do with David or Amir who were extremely accommodating and responsive. The property itself is well located and within walking distance of the main entertainment area. It is located right on the lagoon and has an amazing view. The pool is nice and big and the home is ideal for large families and groups. Amir met us and welcomed us. into the property. Amir has a great knowledge of Cancun and is able to arrange all kinds of trips and entertainment. He gave us some great tips of things to do and see. For anyone new to Cancun his knowledge is invaluable and is a great resource to have.

We were 16 girls who stayed at David’s home and we all absolutely loved it!! David was the best host we could have asked for, he helped us arrange everything and made sure it was all perfect for us. The home was super clean and David was more than nice bringing us a cleaning lady a few times. He arranged a beautiful yacht day for us, the boat came to get us from the house and we went to a beautiful and trendy beach on Isla mujeres (if you get the chance you must go!) in total the whole trip was outstanding. I would just like to start by saying that the pictures does not do the home justice. We were a group of 3 couples and 4 children and David helped us with anything we needed! The kids loved the home, the pool area was very quite and it seemed like there were no neighbours. The home is a walking distance to the beach, we went almost every single day of our stay. David also arranged all kinds of tours for us, we were all very impressed and happy. Next time I come back to Cancun I will definitely be back!
